Adapx, Inc. provides interface software for collaboration, field data collection, and decision making. Its products include Capturx for ArcGIS Desktop, a data collection solution that is used to create, import, edit, share, and act on paper-based data in and between geographic information systems; and Capturx for Microsoft Office OneNote that enables field and office personnel to extend their Microsoft Office experience to various environments. The company also offers Capturx for Autodesk Design Review that helps architects, engineers, and contractors to collect and share design review data that enables collaboration and design decisions; Capturx Forms for Microsoft Office Excel that enables users to design forms in Microsoft Office Excel, print on ordinary paper, and have the handwritten data automatically digitized and formatted back into the excel fields; and solutions for automating paperwork in the United States courts. In addition, Adapx, Inc. provides accessories, such as digital pen kits, desktop stands and docks, replacement caps for digital pen, digital notebooks, and Microsoft OneNote for Office 2007. The company provides its solutions to utilities and pipelines, public safety, retail, government, department of defense and intelligence, energy and mining, transportation, and healthcare sectors, as well as architecture, engineering, and construction sectors. The company has strategic partnerships with Microsoft, Autodesk, ESRI, Lockheed Martin, and In-Q-Tel.

Adapx, Inc. was formerly known as Natural Interaction Systems LLC. The company was founded in 1999 and is based in Seattle, Washington.
