Abriza goes beyond a list or matching technology that leaves the homeowner to sort through many providers that may not have been screened to accomplish a match specifically designed to meet the homeowner’s needs at that time. The solution provides the following:

• Pro-active home maintenance expertise
• Easy on-line scheduling of services
• Home profile to manage and store home information
• “Home Health Report” documenting maintenance, repairs and improvements

Additionally, Abriza’s solution provides tools for contractors to manage their workload, track opportunities and signal their availability.

The Abriza solution addresses the challenges in the home maintenance supply chain and removes the administrative burden of tracking paperwork for the homeowner and the contractor.

The solution is free to homeowners who order a service and contractors only pay a fee if they perform work eliminating fees for marketing that doesn’t pan out.
