Contractually makes contracts easy for startups and freelancers, who can use it to make a contract from form to finish.
Members can use our forms (or bring in their own forms or their lawyer’s), fill them out, edit and negotiate the contract online with other parties (no more emailing Word docs back and forth), and e-sign the contract when they’re ready (no more printing out, signing manually and then faxing/scanning/emailing).
The signed contracts are then automagically stored and organized for all parties, forever. No more searching through email inboxes, hard drives and paper files when you need to resolve a disagreement or when you need to provide contracts for due diligence.
